“Crow Lands” is a crowdfunding project: a year-long round-the-world journey in a power wheelchair with a Guinness World Records attempt. This document explains how to support the project and on what terms — the section that applies to you depends on what you do: a donation (Section 1) or sponsorship and partnership (Section 2).
Who is behind the project
The project is run by Aleksandr Voronin (publicly known as Alexander Crow). It is a personal project with no company behind it. Contact: media@alexcrow.com.
1. Donations — public offer
This section is a public offer to make a donation: a voluntary gift toward the project’s goals with nothing given in return. It is not payment for any product, service, advertising, or subscription; the donor receives no goods, services, or other benefits in exchange. Legally it is a gift/donation agreement; different countries apply their own gift rules (for example, in Russia — Art. 582 of the Civil Code).
What the funds are used for: preparing and carrying out the route, wheelchair equipment and maintenance, filming and publishing materials, the record attempt, and related project costs. The recipient decides the specific spending within these goals.
How to donate: payment details are not yet on the site — leave your contact in the “Support” form and I will suggest a convenient way to transfer. Direct methods (phone / instant-payment transfer, a crypto wallet, and others) will be added later.
When the agreement is concluded: when the funds reach the recipient (acceptance of this offer = the transfer itself). Leaving a contact in the form does not oblige you to donate.
Refunds: a donation is a voluntary gift and is non-refundable.
2. Sponsorship and partnership
Sponsorship and partnership (for example, logo placement, product placement on the wheelchair, joint formats) are paid arrangements and advertising or other services, not a donation. This is not a public offer: the terms (what is placed, price, duration) are agreed individually and set out in a separate contract. To discuss, write to media@alexcrow.com or use the form on the “Partnership” page.
Your data
The contact you leave in the “Support” or “Partnership” form is processed under the site’s Privacy Policy — only to get in touch with you.
General
Which section applies depends on what you do: transferring a donation — Section 1; discussing sponsorship or partnership — Section 2. Using the site by itself does not mean acceptance of any offer. This document may be updated — the current version is always on this page.
